Harry Potter meets The Simpsons

On 6th November, 2001, The Simpsons (Series 13) showed the programme "Wiz Kids", a take-off of Harry Potter, in America. Here's an insight into the show!

The show was set at 'Springwarts' School of Magicry' and involved the Simpsons characters being not-so-thinly-disguised as Harry Potter characters!

The Plot

First, Lisa turned back time so that they wouldn't be late for  school with the spell fiveminutesmorius, and then, when they got to school Nelson was zapping Milhouse with his wand going

'Stop Zapping yourself', 'Stop zapping yourself'.

Then Bart's teacher came in and asked Harry Potter if he was chewing, and he said

'No Ma'me, it's brimstone.'

Then they were turning frogs into princes, and Lisa conjured this right posh British Prince, and Bart made a little green slimeball that threw up all the time! Then Lisa turned his head into a balloon and made him float around.

Montymort saw this in his lair and decided to capture her because she was really clever. He was using Ralph, and failing because he needed someone on the inside. Bart agreed to help and changed Lisa's wand at the Talent Show. She was meant to be levitating a dragon, but couldn't because her wand was licorice. The dragon was Montymort, and he started taking her power.

Bart comes to the rescue by stabbing Montymort in the shin (his enchanted shin which stores the source of his power), and he dies. The Slithers eats him. - Thanks to harry_potter_girl
