Cuaron not directing GoF (5th August 03) Cookie -x-

Entertainment Weekly has a quote from PoA director Alfonso Cuaron about why he won't be doing the fourth movie: 

"It was always only "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" for me. I never thought [seriously] about continuing." 

Though he was approached about doing "Goblet" (slated for 2005) while finishing "Azkaban" (coming out next June) seemed too daunting. "Frankly," says Cuaron, smiling impishly, "I'm extremely lazy." 

Still, he dreads saying adios to "Potter" stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint. "That will be very painful," he says. "They're growing fantastically as actors. But it's up to the next director to enjoy them."

Filming restarting (22nd Feb 03) Cookie -x-

Filming restarts on Monday 24th February, and it has now moved from Leavesdon Studios to Scotland, but more details on that to follow when we've typed them up (sigh!).

Thunderpants out 3rd March (10th Feb 03) Arachnid -x-

Rupert's 2nd film, Thunderpants comes out on video and DVD on 1st March, so grab it while you can!
